To guarantee your booking, we recommend you book as early as possible, with a minimum of 2-4 weeks notice.

Medical Conditions
Please be aware that it is not advisable to receive treatments if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant and have not yet had your first scan.
If you have undergone any surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last six months please seek medical advice prior to your treatment and provide a doctors advisory note if required.

Payment Policy
All bookings must be paid for in advance at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Bookings can be amended, changed, or cancelled with 24-hours’ notice prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within the 24-hour period are fully chargeable and will not be refunded. Please refer to your booking confirmation as some offers are non refundable.

Group Bookings
We ask you to be considerate in cancelling any bookings with us. For precautionary measures, we have a 14 day cancellation policy for groups of 6 people or more. Any bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge. For groups of 6 or more outside of the cancellation policy 25% of your deposit is non-refundable. Gift Vouchers
You can use our Malvern gift vouchers as full or part payment against treatments, products, meals and overnight stays at The Malvern. Your purchase amount will be deducted from the voucher balance. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases. The Malvern will not be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
When you intend to make payment by voucher, please inform the reservations team at the time of booking. Gift cards must be redeemed at the time of your visit – failure to present your gift card will result in the full cost becoming payable by another payment method.
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Age Policy
The Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot offer treatments or allow spa facility access to persons under the age of 18 years.

Disabled Parking and Accessible Facilities

We offer designated disabled parking spaces located at the front of the hotel for convenient access.
Our hotel features disabled changing rooms to cater to the needs of our guests with disabilities.

Accessible Hotel Rooms
We have two mixed-ability hotel rooms designed to accommodate guests with different mobility needs.
A lift is available to access the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel, ensuring easy movement between levels.

Pool Accessibility
The spa rea is located all on one level, same as the bar so this is easily accessible.

Emergency Evacuation
For emergency situations where the lift cannot be used, an evacuation chair is located on Level 1 to assist disabled guests in safely evacuating the building if needed.
